Each school year, the Athletic Booster Club awards six scholarships to graduating seniors at Plainfield North High School. Recipients are recognized at Senior Awards Night in the spring and must meet the following qualifications:

• All applicants must be current seniors at Plainfield North High School
   

• All applicants must be attend 4yr college, junior college or trade school for the upcoming academic year
   

• Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 on a 5.0 scale (after 7 semesters of high school)
   

• Applicants must have been a member of a Plainfield North High School sports program for a minimum of two years. For purposes of this scholarship program, involvement includes being a member of a sports team, a manager, or a trainer for the entire duration of the season associated with the applicant’s sport

 

• Parents/legal guardians of applicants must be current members of the Booster Club and must have been a member of the Booster Club for at least 2 years during the applicant’s time at Plainfield North High School

 

In addition, students must submit a completed scholarship application, two recommendation from a teacher, coach, or Plainfield North High School staff member, community service and an essay.
